Congratulations to Tim and Jazz for winning their respective Classes!  Marie also had an excellent score, both her and Jazz being in their first competitive FB shoot.

The shoot was held at 300 yards. The weather was cloudy but dry with a brisk and variable cross-wind as I found to my cost.  Richard shot after a long walk back from the butts and being displeased with his first shoot had a second go giving him a 48.  Unfortunately only the first shoot counted!
Andy Meyers and Beccy Walker used Andy’s rifle with telescopic sight and did not take part in the competition.  However, Richard had to find a new target face after the middle of the original was obliterated.
Many thanks to Richard for doing the first butt marking stint, and for Jazz and Marie for the second, which was done with great gusto.

Tim Green in A Class retains the Full Bore trophy and Jazz Collyer wins the MIR cup for B Class both prizes will be presented at the club's dinner in November.

Thanks to all for an excellent afternoon’s activity.
