Sunday, 14 June 2026	Coaching Session (Sun pm)	These sessions are usually on the second Sunday of the month with adjustments to avoid specific dates. Open to all. You can book 1hr, 2x1hr, or 3hrs (whole series) of 1-2-1 attention from one of our NSRA qualified Instructors / Coaches. See Coaching Page for more details. Booking

Please use the booking system so that the Duty Officer and Coaches know who is coming and when. It makes it a lot easier for us to organise the evening.
