70 top shooters from the Home Counties travelled to the Spring Open Dewar meeting at the East Grinstead Target Shooting Club at East Court at the weekend.  The fine weather encouraged some fine shooting but it was Linda Smallbone of Eastbourne who emerged with a top score of 782, winning the Felbridge Bowl for Class A and the Courier Trophy for the Ladies Dewar.  Nick Mullins of Southwick was runner up in Class A with 778.  East Grinstead had success with a win in Class B for Ian Payne for the best 40 shots at 50 metres.  In Class D Malcolm Brain was placed third in the Grand Aggregate.
