Great Results Despite the Weather!
The forecast for the weekend was distinctly difficult with rain and high winds forecast, mainly for the Sunday. Despite this, Class A was won by Robin Brown (Uckfield HGRC), shooting on Sunday, with a magnificent score of 597 ex600! A full 7 points ahead of Rob Dowling (Chichester) in second place with 590 which equalled last years winning score.
A total of 23 competitors took part with 11 in Class A and the rest spread among Classes C, D, and E.
Sara Marshall took first place in Class B with 579 ex600. Jonathan Wood (Fakenham), came all the way from Norfolk to take first place in Class C with 554 ex600, and Grant Featherstone (East Grinstead TSC) came first in Class D with 567 ex600.
Elaine Kettle out did herself with both home made Gingerbread and Lemon Drizzle Cake on the menu!
